Skybook Deposit Rules
- You may deposit funds into your account at any time. Certain methods, such as e-wallets and credit cards, are available 24/7 through our online cashier, while others, such as person-to-person transfers, are only available from 10:00 a.m. ET to 10:00 p.m. ET. - All deposits are subject to management approval. Skybook.ag reserves the right to accept, deny, or reverse any deposit.
- The use of credit cards, e-wallets, and other electronic payment methods is restricted to one account. The same credit card number, bank account, or e-wallet account cannot be used by more than one (1) customer.
- Credit cards or e-wallet accounts must be in the same name as the account holder registered with Skybook.ag. If a customer wishes to use a card or e-wallet account not in their name, the deposit must first be approved by management, and proper documentation for the card or e-wallet holder must be on file.
- Deposit limits vary depending on the method used. Any limit increase must be approved by management, and Skybook.ag reserves the right to request documentation to verify the customer’s identity before increasing deposit limits. Providing documentation does not guarantee any increase.

- Any member found committing fraud of any kind with credit cards or electronic payment methods will be subject to criminal and/or civil prosecution.
- All winnings resulting from the illicit use of credit cards or electronic payment methods will be automatically forfeited.
- The descriptor on your credit card billing statement may vary between transactions, as we use different processing companies. If you are unsure about a charge shown on your statement, please contact our security department at [email protected].
- Credit card deposits, as well as some e-wallet deposits, are subject to a 10-business-day hold before any payout can be processed. Proper documentation may be required.
- Currently, the default currency in our cashier is USD. If your account is set to a different currency, you must contact our customer service department prior to depositing to receive proper instructions.
- Deposits not processed through our cashier will not be credited automatically. It is the customer’s responsibility to notify our customer service department so the deposit can be credited in a timely manner.
- Skybook.ag is not responsible for deposits that are not reported to our customer service department.
- If funds are credited to a customer’s account in error, the customer must notify Skybook.ag without delay. For accounts with negative balances, Skybook.ag reserves the right to cancel any pending wagers, regardless of whether they were placed with funds resulting from the error.
- In the event of delays caused by transaction errors or third-party processing delays, Skybook.ag cannot be held liable for any missed wagers resulting from such delays.
- Fees for person-to-person transfers of $300 or more will be reimbursed in the form of Free Play credits.
- Skybook.ag is not liable for any fees incurred when funding e-wallet accounts or for transfer fees charged by e-wallet companies.
- Skybook.ag is not liable for any additional fees charged by the member’s banking institution, including but not limited to cash-advance fees, international processing or currency fees, overdraft fees, or administrative banking fees.
- Skybook.ag relies on the services of third-party processors and cannot be held liable for any failure on their part.
- The availability of deposit methods is subject to change without prior notice.
- The House Deposit Rules supersede any verbal or written offering made by any employee of Skybook.ag.
- Online gaming activities may be restricted in some jurisdictions to government-owned and managed lotteries, sports betting, or horse wagering and may not be permitted in some regions. It is the sole responsibility of each customer to inform themselves of their local laws before funding their account.
- The Bitcoin payment address must contain no prior transactions. We reserve the right to refuse a payment if any previous transaction is detected on the provided address.
