FAQ
What is a free play?
Free plays are promotional funds that can be used to gamble over the Internet, without risking a cent. You may use your free play balance to place multiple wagers of the denomination of your preference.
What can I wager my free play on?
Free plays can be used to wager on any sports wagering option. Free plays cannot be used to play our casino games, or wager on horses. These are not valid for futures and props. These funds are for Internet wagering only.
How can I turn free play funds into real money?
When you win a wager placed with free play funds, you receive the amount won. The risk is not awarded. After a bet placed with free play funds is won, the free play funds are then awarded to your account as real money, which can be used to wager or can be withdrawn after all rollover requirements are met.
Will free play wagering activity count toward my rollover requirements?
Free play risk does not count toward rollover requirements, but winnings resulting from these wagers will be included in the rollover calculation.
What is a rollover requirement?
A rollover restricts your ability to withdraw funds until a given amount of sports wagering activity has been satisfied. All wagers have a Risk Amount, and a To Win Amount. The lower number counts towards the rollover requirements. Unless otherwise specified, the formula used for calculating rollovers will be Deposit Sum + Deposit Fees + Winnings resulting from Free Play wagers X Factor, where the factor will vary from promotion to promotion.
