Here is a look at two of the best pitching matchups for Sunday, July 3rd.

The Baltimore Orioles fly south to do battle with the Atlanta Braves. The Orioles will send a rookie left handed pitcher to the mound as Zach Britton gets the start. The rookie southpaw's winless drought continued Tuesday, as Britton lasted just 5 2/3 innings, giving up four earned runs on seven hits. He has just one win since May 6.

Atlanta counters with Brandon Beachy who has had no problems since missing a month with a strained left oblique muscle. He has combined for 20 strikeouts in 12 innings in the two victorious starts he has made since returning last week.

The Philadelphia Phillies game against the Toronto Blue Jays features another good pitching expo. The Phillies will start Cliff Lee who has been one of the best pitchers in baseball.

Lee enters Sunday's start against the Blue Jays riding a career-high 32-inning scoreless streak, which ranks fifth in Phillies history. He has thrown three consecutive shutouts and finished June 5-0 with a 0.21 ERA.

The Jays counter with hard luck loser Jo-Jo Reyes. Reyes allowed a season-high six earned runs during his last outing against Pittsburgh. He surrendered nine hits and one walk over just 3 2/3 innings. It was the fifth time this season he has failed to pitch at least four innings.
