Cavaliers Betting

It’s not looking pretty for the Cavaliers. And, this is a gross misstatement because now behind 1-3 in the series puts Cleveland in one big hole that they might not be able to get out of if statistics are to tell anything. No team has ever come back from being behind 1-3 in the Finals.

However, when you have a player of such caliber as Lebron James, the Warriors would be fooling themselves into believing they’ve already won. James leads the team in points, rebounds, assists, steals and blocks. But, he’s also been a bit careless with the ball with an average of six turnovers per game over the last four matches.

James will need Kyrie Irving and Kevin Love to step up as well. Irving has been pulling his own weight with 24 points on average per game, while Love accounts for 16.

The Cavaliers will also need to ramp up the pressure on Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson. If they can manage to keep them at bay, then they have a solid shot at winning.

Warriors Betting

Golden State is not likely to take any chances and give the Cavaliers breathing room. They’ll probably come to tonight’s game wanting to crush their opponents, even if they lead the series 3-1.

However, with Draymond Green now suspended because of his scuffle with James in game 5, it opens up a chink in their armor that the Cavaliers might take advantage of. Of course, this also puts more pressure on Curry and Thompson to come through in scoring. Though these two have struggled somewhat against Cleveland, they can also change at the turn of a dime and if Curry has another night like he had in Friday night’s game, then the Warriors will likely win.
