House Rules

1. All services provided by Skybook.ag are intended for recreational players, and we reserve the right to refuse, limit, or close any customer account if it is found not to be a recreational account.
2. Skybook.ag allows only one (1) account per person, per household, per IP address, and per shared computer environment such as a public library.
3. You must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age in your jurisdiction, to use our services.
4. Customers contacting our representatives will be asked to identify themselves by providing their registered username and password.
5. All customer claims must be brought to management's attention no later than one (1) week from the day the wager in question was placed. No claims will be honored after this period.
6. Claim resolution will normally be completed within 24 hours of receiving the complaint.
7. Generally, postponed and/or rescheduled sporting events will constitute a “No Action” wager, and funds will be credited back to the account once the event has been officially postponed. Certain sports, such as soccer, tennis, and golf matchups, may allow wagers to remain valid for up to 24 hours. See our sports rules for more information.
8. All wagers must be placed and accepted before the start of the event wagered upon. Any bet placed after the event has started will be void unless approved by a manager.
9. Skybook’s management reserves the right to refuse or limit the maximum amount allowed on any wager prior to acceptance. Members are not permitted to open multiple accounts either in their name or in someone else’s name in order to circumvent limits. If multiple accounts are used, all bets will be void and profits reversed.
10. All horse wagers must be placed two (2) minutes prior to the start of the race.
11. Skybook.ag reserves the right to suspend any of its products at any time. When a product is suspended, any wagers entered will be rejected. Skybook.ag also reserves the right to cease wagering on any of its products indefinitely, at any time, and without notice.
12. In the case of an obvious error on the posted line, scheduled time, or maximum wager, all wagers will be deemed “No Action,” and funds will be credited accordingly. No player will benefit from wagering on a clear error.
13. When wagering on half-time lines, overtime periods are included as part of the second half.
14. All minimums, maximums, and payout prices are subject to change without prior written notice.
15. The maximum payout for any parlay is $100,000, and the maximum combined daily winnings for any account is also $100,000.
16. It is prohibited to parlay the same team with both the point spread and the moneyline. Multiple bets—including parlays, teasers, and if-bets or reverses—are not accepted where the outcome of one part of the bet contributes to another, as these are correlated plays. It is also prohibited to parlay, tease, or play if-bets involving the spread and total of the same game when the spread is approximately one-third of the total.
17. Free Plays can only be used on major sports and cannot be used on prop bets. Free Plays can only be used in the following wager types: straight wagers, parlays up to 3 teams, and 2-team teasers. Moneyline odds must be between ±150. Skybook.ag reserves the right to adjust payouts or void any wager that does not meet these parameters.
18. If funds are credited to a customer’s account in error, the customer must notify Skybook.ag of the error without delay. For accounts with negative balances, Skybook.ag reserves the right to cancel any pending plays, whether placed with funds resulting from the error or not.
19. No credit will be offered to any customer by any employee of Skybook.ag. All wagers must be supported by sufficient available funds. We reserve the right to void any wager accepted when funds were not available.
20. All winnings will be credited to the customer’s account. Any winnings credited in error are not available for use, and Skybook.ag reserves the right to void any transactions involving such funds.
21. Skybook.ag reserves the right to close any account or group of accounts suspected of fraud and/or abuse of our bonus program. If accounts are found conspiring to manipulate line offerings or guarantee profits regardless of outcomes, all wagers and profits may be canceled and accounts permanently terminated.
22. Skybook is a recreational sportsbook. Steamers and/or originators are not accepted. If an account falls into either category, management may revoke free plays, bonuses, winnings, or may limit or close the account.
23. Skybook defines “Playing Steam or Chasing Steam” as deliberately wagering on a line that is moving across several betting offices before it has moved at Skybook, with the intention of gaining an advantage. This is also known as "playing moves."
24. Skybook.ag reserves the right to suspend any account based on abusive behavior toward staff. Accounts may be reopened after a warning, but repeat behavior will result in permanent termination.
25. Rebetting Restrictions: Rebetting is not allowed on prop bets or preseason wagers. Any such bets may be voided.

House Rules will supersede any verbal or written offering from any staff member of Skybook.ag.

Wagering Over the Phone

1. The customer must provide their Personal Account Number and password.
2. All conversations are recorded and will be used to resolve discrepancies.
3. The customer must listen carefully to the final read-back. Once confirmed, all wagers stand.
4. No wager can be canceled once confirmed. Only betting the opposite side may offset a wager.
5. Once a dollar amount is given, all plays will be entered. In case of disconnection, the client must call back before post time.
6. Minimum phone wager: $50.
7. Any actions taken using the correct username and password will be accepted as valid.

Wagering Over the Internet

1. The customer must log in using their Personal Account Number and password.
2. The customer must keep their password secure. Unauthorized use is the customer’s responsibility.
3. Customers must review wagers before submitting and before logging out.
4. All online wagers are final.
5. Minimum online wager: $50.

Horse Racing Betting

Skybook.ag offers daily horse racing from various tracks around the world, you may call our wagering line to place your bets or if you prefer you may access our online racebook.

All horse wagers will follow the rules detailed here:

1. A timestamp is placed on all wagers. Must be placed 2 minutes before post time.
2. Bets placed after the race has started are void.
3. Skybook.ag is not liable for unsuccessful wager entries. Customers should check pending bets before logging out.
4. All wagers are final once submitted.
5. Minimum wager over the phone is $50 adding up to at least $50.00 per ticket. Minimum wager online is $50.00.
6. Skybook.ag reserves the right to change, modify, add, or remove customers from the Horse Rebate Program at any time.
