Keep reading to get the two free picks for NFL week 17.

Cincinnati Bengals vs Baltimore Ravens

  • Time: Sunday, January 03, 2016 1:00 PM ET
  • Place: Paul Brown Stadium
  • Betting Line: Cincinnati Bengals -9; Over/Under 42.5.

Preview: The Bengals will play their first playoff game at home, having clinched their spot, no matter what happens on Sunday. And, while the Ravens don’t have much to look forward to they can carry the momentum from winning over the Steelers to try to topple Cincinnati.

Cincinnati Bengals Betting Analysis

Cincinnati was bested by Osweiler and the Broncos in their last game. In a 20-17 overtime loss, the Bengals now find themselves in the sticky position of not having a first round bye in the postseason and heading towards a rocky road.

The Bengals will have to bear down and get the job done against the Ravens who are pumped after having beaten the Steelers. Quarterback AJ McCarron, who is nursing an injured wrist, will have to play his best in order to push through.

Baltimore Ravens Betting Analysis

Who wasn’t expecting the Ravens to lose against the Steelers? Well, it seems they didn’t realize this and put one over Pittsburgh, beating them 20-17 and notching their fifth win of the season.

Led by their newly acquired quarterback, Ryan Mallett, the Ravens managed to hold their own and got the job done. The defense also managed to keep Roethlisberger in check, forcing him to throw a couple of touchdowns and acquire only 227 passing yards. Mallett will have to find a way to fire up the passing game, the Ravens’ main weapon, in order to pull the upset of the Bengals.

New England Patriots vs Miami Dolphins

Time: Sunday, January 03, 2016 1:00 PM ET

Place: Sun Life Stadium

Preview: New England already has secured a first-round bye. If they win against the Dolphins, they’ll gain the No.1 seed; however, a loss means the No.2 seed if Denver wins.

New England Patriots Betting Analysis

It’s not known whether head coach Bill Belichick will risk Brady or Gronkowsky by allowing them to play in this game. Considering they’ve already secured a first-round bye, and that they’ve been riddled by injuries this season, it might be best to keep them safe.

However, if he does decide for them to play, it should be an easy affair for Brady and the Patriots. Brady already showed he can beat the Dolphins as their 36-7 win earlier in the season can attest to. Brady put up 356 yards and four touchdowns against Miami in that game.

Miami Dolphins Betting Analysis

Under its new offensive coordinator, Zac Taylor, the Dolphins offense showed some signs of recovery. However, they’ve now gone into oblivion again and can’t seem to get their act together. In fact, the Dolphins are in such a bad spot, that they even lost to the hapless San Diego Chargers and then to the Indianapolis Colts.

They have a long ways to go to improve their running game that’s been awful with running backs Lamar Miller and Jay Ajayi only able to acquire 93 yards on 93 carries in their last two games.

It’s unlikely that the Dolphins will pull a rabbit out of their hat and upset the Patriots on Sunday, however if Bill Belichick does decide to bench Tom Brady and Rob Gronkowsky, the Dolphins might have a fighting chance though it’s probably slim at the best.

Betting Trends:
