The Hornets beat the Cleveland Cavaliers on Wednesday night by a score of 106-97. Despite not counting with Kemba Walker, Charlotte managed to hold on at the half, only trailing by nine, and outscored the Cavs by 33-17 in the third quarter. Point guard Jeremy Lin led the team, filling in Walker’s shoes and answering with 24 points and eight assists. Batum added 10 additional points and 5 assists.
