Tampa Bay Buccaneers vs Cleveland Browns

  • Time: Friday, August 26, 2016 8:00 PM ET
  • Place: Raymond James Stadium
  • Betting Line: Buccaneers -3.5
  • Total: 42

Bet on the Buccaneers

After defeating the Jacksonville Jaguars in their second game 27-21, the Tampa Bay Buccaneers are now 1-1 in the preseason. Quarterback Mike Glennon leads the way with 120 passing yards with one touchdown at the helm but it’s likely that starting QB Jameis Winston will be getting the bulk of the playing time in this game. The duo of Jonathan Krause and Austin Seferian-Jenkins lead the way in the receiving corps with a combined 86 receiving yards while Peyton Barber leads on the ground with 40 yards on 11 carries.

Bet on the Browns

The Browns haven’t been able to win any of their preseason games so far, their latest loss coming at the hands of the Atlanta Falcons whom they lost to 24-13. Browns’ quarterback Robert Griffin leads the way with 96 passing yards with two touchdowns at the helm, while Terrelle Pryor and Randal Telfer have combined for 80 receiving yards in the Browns’ air game. Griffin also leads on the ground managing to acquire 36 yards on three carries so far.

Game Prediction: While the Browns will likely make a push to win, it’s going to be the Buccaneers who take the night.

New Orleans Saints vs Pittsburgh Steelers

  • Time: Friday, August 26, 2016 8:00 PM ET
  • Place: Mercedes-Benz Superdome
  • Betting Line: Saints -2
  • Total: 45

Bet on the Saints

The Saints are in the hole, losing both of their preseason games, their latest loss coming to the Houston Texans while on the road by a score of 16-9. While New Orleans’ star QB hasn’t seen much playing time, he did take the field in the second game, going 5-8 for 29 yards and one interception. Luke McCown has led the way in the receiving corps, catching 14 of 19 passes thrown to him for 118 yards. He also leads on the ground with 3 carries for 25 yards on each.

Bet on the Steelers

The Steelers are also down 0-2 after losing to the Philadelphia Eagles 17-0 in their last game. The Steelers star quarterback Big Ben Roethlisberger sat out the second game leaving Landry Jones to take the field. Jones had a horrible performance in this last game, throwing four interceptions even while completing 60 percent of his passes. Pittsburgh also had major difficulties on the other side of the ball. The Steelers will need to make some major adjustments before the real action starts in a few weeks.

Game Prediction: The New Orleans Saints will win this game.
