Thunder Betting

The Thunder’s scoring duo of Russell Westbrook and Kevin Durant can also be its Achilles’ heel. After having the opportunity of foiling the Warriors’ historic season two games ago, the Thunder now heads back to Oracle Arena with a dark cloud above them. One just doesn’t squander away a lead such as OKC had in the final period of game 6 without it taking a toll on morale.

Even if Westbrook and Durant ended up with 57 points combined, their horrible shooting made them overlook some easy baskets beneath the rim. Their shot selection was poor, in fact, it was probably their undoing. Point of fact, the Thunder only hit 3 of 20 shots taken from downtown. Considering they were out-rebounding Golden State 49-43, there’s no reason why they couldn’t have relied on Eles Kanter to get the easy basket down below. Instead they attempted to get the perimeter shot with obvious results.

Now, it’ll be an uphill struggle. Since game 1 they haven’t been able to defeat the Warriors on their own court. Having lost game 6 and with Golden State’s crowd at a frenzy, it’s hard to think they’ll be able to win tonight. But, anything can happen.

Warriors Betting

Don’t ever underestimate a team with a mission. Especially if that team is this year’s Golden State. The Warriors proved why they’re the reigning champions by winning game 6 on Oklahoma City’s court. With this, they also just punched through the surface for some air just when everyone thought they were going to drown.

Led by none other than Stephen Curry, who took it upon himself to light a fire in his team’s belly, the 28 year old point guard put up 31 points, grabbed 10 rebounds and dished out 9 assists. And, with Curry all fired up, the other half of the Splash Brothers, Klay Thompson, could be left behind. Klay Thompson was smoking-hot, scoring a game-high 41 points which included 11 threes and the bucket that gave the Warriors the lead in the fourth period.

Draymond Green also took the call the heart. With 12 points, 12 rebounds, 6 assists and 3 steals, the 26 year old power forward will now be a huge factor in tonight’s game. His time has come.
