The Tigers just got through a series against the Boston Red Sox where they won two out of for games. In this first game, they’ll be sending Anibal Sanchez to start on the mound. Sanchez is 6-12 with a 5.94 ERA and a 1.51 WHIP over 119 innings. On offense, the Tigers have Miguel Cabrera leading the way with 140 hits with 68 runs and 27 home runs, followed by Ian Kindler who’s hit the ball 138 times with 93 runs and 22 home runs, and Victor Martinez with 129 hits and 49 runs and 22 home runs.

Bet on the Twins – Kyle Gibson (R)

The Twins are in bad shape, just recently dropping all four games in their series against the Royals. They’ll be sending right-hander Kyle Gibson to start on the mound, who is 5-7 with a 4.90 ERA with a 1.50 WHIP over 101 innings. The Twins’ offense is led by Brian Dozier who’s hit on 123 occasions racking up 75 runs and 28 home runs, followed by Joe Mauer who’s batted 117 times with 62 runs and 10 home runs, and Eduardo Nunez who’s hit the ball 110 times with 49 runs.

Game Prediction: Detroit Tigers to win.

Miami Marlins vs Kansas City Royals

The Marlins just got done with their series against the Pittsburgh Pirates, one in which they won all three games. Miami will be sending right-hander Andrew Cashner to start on the mound for this first game with a 4-9 record with a 4.92 ERA. The Marlins’ offense is led by Martin Prado who’s hit the ball 150 times for 58 runs and 59 RBIs, followed by Christian Yelihc who’s hit the ball 140 times for 65 runs and 72 RBIs, along with Marcel Ozuna who’s connected on 126 occasions for 63 runs, 22 home runs and 64 RBIs.

Bet on the Royals – Yordano Ventura (R)

The Royals are running hot, just recently finishing a series against the Twins, one which they won all four games. This also puts them at eight straight wins. They’re sending right-hander Yordano Ventura to start on the mound and is 8-9 with a 4.46 ERA and a 1.33 WHIP over 139 innings. Kansas City’s offense is led by Eric Hosmer who’s hit the ball on 131 occasions with 61 runs, 73 RBIs and 17 homers, followed by Alcides Escobar who’s racked up 130 hits with 44 runs, and Lorenzo Cain who’s connected 107 times for 50 runs and 51 RBIs.

Game Prediction: Royals are on a roll, rack one more up for Kansas City.
